As part of a joint venture, CityBlock acquired Berkshire House, in Reading, in 2016.

The development, situated in the centre of Reading, marked CityBlock’s first venture into the south of England.

Conversion and extension of a former office building, the build features an industrial aesthetic, keeping in line with the look and feel of the original building.

The development completed in September 2017, featuring 145 student accommodation beds, a private dining room, study areas, lounges, 2 media rooms and a fitness studio.

The finished development was awarded ANUK Accreditation weeks after opening its doors.
